Regular John Paceline

Clocking 145 BPM “Regular John” is metal Motorik and suits cycling well. The bass chases detuned guitars hammering out quarter note pedal strokes. The high hats breath heavy. Cool that it’s synced to this paceline video where the guys work so well together. Riding tempo in close quarters. Dig it.

Also this makes me super grateful to be riding and training in Arkansas. PCH is beautiful but I imagine the traffic could be hairy.
