Breakfast – Deconstructed Granola Bar

1 handful walnuts
1 handful almonds
1 pinch craisins
1 pinch coconut flakes
2 squeezes honey

I came up with this the other day and it’s become my favorite quick bite to eat. Had it for breakfast this morning and for dessert last night. It’s sweet and crunchy and filling. The coconut and honey sort of help glue the nuts and craisins together. But this isn’t a solid lump like a granola bar. I have to eat it with a fork.

I use sweetened coconut flakes which probably isn’t paleo kosher but it sure tastes good.
