Rapha Festive 500 ’15

What weird weather we had this year for the Rapha Festive 500. The day after Christmas was 79 degrees! Then a day later, temps plummeted to the 30s with high wind and heavy rain. By New Years’ Eve the Arkansas River was flooded putting some serious limiters on bike routing. That’s why I closed out the week with an 80 miler to Keo. Which absolutely killed me! The PMC graph shows what the festive 500 can do to yr legs. I am still recovering!
