Made this several times. It can be a bit watery so last time I let the vinegar, fish oil, chili sauce, almond butter, lime part firm up before adding the zucchini. Then I also only cooked the zucchinis for 5 minutes rather than the 10 suggested. Next time I want to add mung bean sprouts. Dunno if that’s paleo or not but fuck it.
